Returns & Refunds
- Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges on Returns have to be born by customer.
- Non-customised orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Refunds for non-customised orders, pre-paid orders & COD orders will be processed within 7-8 working days in the same bank account or can also be returned through UPI payments.

Refunds will be only processed based on the below conditions:
- if the product is unused and undamaged
- if the product is in its original packing.
- if the product has a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
